3D model viewer - for architects, designers, engineers, and 3D enthusiasts. Supported 3D file formats: OBJ and DAE. Supported 3D Finite Element formats: CDB, INP, DAT, ANS and ZIP-files.
Easily import and export your models (via email and integrated Dropbox) and inspect them in 3D using gestures to rotate, pan and zoom the model. Through Dropbox you can also import texture (e.g. png) and material files (e.g. mtl) for OBJ and DAE models.

Let your clients check your models on their iPad, iPhone or iPod touch or enable your colleague or boss to go through a model without having them sit at a desktop computer. Just send them an email with the model attached or share a folder in Dropbox, and they can view it right from their device.

For Finite Element models (i.e. not OBJ and DAE) Polygon currently supports Ansys models exported from Ansys Workbench or saved in Ansys Classic (blocked format) and the most basic finite element types (beam, shell, solid).

It is very easy to get your models in and out of Polygon. Either you link directly to your Dropbox account or you open/send attachments via email.
